Who is that charismatic ?

Is it enough to understand charisma to answer who is charismatic ?

Charisma is defined on answers.com as " a rare personal quality attributed to leaders who arouse fervent devotion and enthusiasm ". Sometimes charisma is said to be a special magnetic charm or appeal which is exhibitied in extreme self confidence. Some go as far as claiming that a charismatic individual is in possession of a divinely gifted virtue by which he or she can influence others into action.

But certainly charisma can not be in and of itself a virtue unless it is accompanied by intent or intention.

 Intention is defined by the Catholic Encyclopedia as " An act of the will by which that faculty efficaciously desires to reach an end by employing the means".  A medical dictionary definition might go as far as claiming that intention is a process or manner of healing wounds.

Mixing definition one with definition two of intention it would not take a genius to surmise that intention could be the faculty of miraculously healing simply by thinking about a means to an end.

But not everyone one believes in the power of miraculous healing yet even as I write this I am reminded that even the last Catholic Pope John Paul II is being made a Saint for having intended a French Nun to recover from Parkinson's disease.

It's called beatification and it's a Roman Catholic ritual.............but is it real ?

 What is will ?

In common law it is the testament or legal declaration of the rights of an individual. Constitutional law goes deeper to include the willingness of a body of sovereign people who live by the rules of a flag.

Will to the philosopher is more focused on internally motivated factors. Acts of will or that creative spark can widen ones horizon and lead to deeper understanding of self and others or similar acts of will can lead to isolation and confinement or even worst...........death.

Somehow will works on internal beliefs and thus must proceed intention and without intention then what would be the worlth of a virtue like charisma.

So even the most evil minded person willing to lead could be intent on using charisma to mislead.

However, even the most peace loving person with equal talents could somehow balance out the inequities brought about by a corrupt source and all those who have followed the dictates of such or who continue to follow the means to the end of such.

 Who are the most charismatic people on planet earth ?

Certainly Forbes is only concerned with the American population and there must be some people of the earth who live today who could easily will the world into much deeper chaos or harmony than those listed.

 Here's are some suggestions for developing this virtue called charisma.

It seems charisma is like a syndrome and to truly have charisma one must add any or all of these charicteristics to one's personality.

1. deep emotional control which leads to a balanced temperament 
2. deep and wise thinking which leads to sound decision making
3. develop confidence and resourfulness which leads to knowing your trade risk aversion in business and personal dealings
4. develop planning methods that are considerate of others
5. Be positive but not overly fantastic
6. Seek first to understand therefore develop your listening skills
7. Practive persuasion
8. Reinforce your personality and be flexible to the moment
9. Seek for deeper meaning in personal, group, and worldly affairs
10. Be Happy in progress and don't force the means to the end to the point of creating a monstrous disaster

Maybe some people are born with charisma..........must of us have to work at it.
